ALAMGIR, DPM

Dr. Shayan Alamgir obtained his bachelor’s degree from Benedictine University, IL. He earned his medical degree from the Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science . Dr. Alamgir then completed his foot and ankle surgical residency at Jesse Brown Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Chicago, IL where he served as Chief Resident. His training involved comprehensive surgical and non-surgical management of various lower extremity conditions with an emphasis on deformity correction, advanced wound care, amputation prevention, diabetic limb salvage, and infection management. During his residency, he participated in clinical research with scientific presentations at multiple surgical and wound care conferences. During residency, he stayed highly in medical student and physician teaching. He has delivered several lectures focusing on foot and ankle deformities. He continue remain active with different medical organizations focusing to improve foot and ankle health. During his free time, Dr. Alamgir enjoys watching his Chicago bears and bulls, running, outdoor activities, and trying cultural cuisine. He is excited to be serve the Aurora and surrounding community.

FAHAD TAHIR, DPM

Dr. Fahad Tahir is dedicated to delivering the highest quality foot and ankle care with a compassionate touch. A Chicagoland native, Dr. Tahir earned a degree in Health Science from Benedictine University. He received his Doctorate in Podiatric Medicine from Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science. Dr. Tahir completed his three-year surgical residency at Endeavor Health Swedish Hospital in Chicago, IL. This extensive training equipped him with advanced expertise in both non-surgical and surgical treatments for a wide range of foot and ankle conditions.

Committed to providing personalized care, Dr. Tahir approaches each patient with the same dedication and empathy he would extend to his own family. He takes great pride in staying up to date with the latest medical advancements to ensure his patients benefit from the most current and effective treatments available.

Dr Tahir currently resides in the Western suburbs of Chicago with his wife. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, playing basketball, and spending quality time with his family. He is excited to bring his expertise and compassionate care to the local community and looks forward to helping you achieve optimal foot and ankle health
